Leigh Goldstein – COO, Getable
Leigh’s an experienced marketplace strategist and operator, having spent 8 years at eBay and StubHub and a year as COO of Feastly, a marketplace for chefs’ pop-up dinners. He is currently the COO of Getable, a series-A funded marketplace for rental construction equipment. At eBay, Leigh led the vision, creation and development of the integrated global shipping platform on eBay and PayPal. At StubHub, he was the product executive charged with developing product strategy, revamping the company-wide product process and creating a best-in-class user experience. He also has extensive start-up experience having founded Discovereez, maker of the Dinner Club personalized restaurant recommendation app, and as CEO of Exiles Inc., a sports community platform. Leigh holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
John McDonald – VP, Business Operations, Poshmark
As VP of Business Operations at Poshmark, John McDonald manages the product, data & analytics, and marketplace operations teams and is responsible for marketplace GMV growth and profitability. He draws from deep expertise in community and marketplace management he developed in 8 years at eBay in category management, trust & safety and seller experience roles, and 4 years at Ning leading support and sales and then as general manager of the business. Earlier in his career, John focused on consumer marketing and product development at Procter & Gamble, Monsanto, the Monitor Company and Evite.
Vikram Subramaniam – VP, Customer Experience, Upwork
Vikram Subramaniam leads customer experience for Upwork (formerly Elance and oDesk) which is the world’s largest marketplace for freelancer talent. He has also held executive leadership roles in customer experience and product management at eBay, Yahoo, and Netlfix. Previously he was the chief architect of the Customer Management practice at KPMG. He hold a BA and MS in computer science.
